this game was really fun to play even though i wasnt very good at it. this game is based on survival and your endurance you have to survive in the wild with animals and bandits alike.



did i find any hunters?
no i did not because i wasnt able to make a base command unit

Base Command units are good for making a beacon to find your house and it also gives you a free lockpick.

Today i did a lot of random wandering looking for a single nail that i needed. i finally found 1 as finished playing so i built a foundation for my house. my house is on the edge of a cliff but as i was exiting i heard a wolf growl so i am a bit scared of what may happen when i come back. for a base you need a lot of wood nails and cordage for the foundation,walls,stairs and a roof. a key thing you should make is a command unit as it is a beacon to show you the way home.

what i did right?  I searched through many bags and found many good things like ammo and blueberries.

what i did wrong? i died many times through my first go.

some tips and tricks about the game is try to find nails and fibres or cordage right away for a house of you will die because you are to cold at night. also dont mess with the animals.
if you make it through day 1 good job i for sure didnt.
my opinion on the game so far is that it is hard but fun i enjoy the game a lot.

the definition of the title of the game is helping oneself at a minimum level (subsistence)

Subsistence is a sandbox survival where the player has to survive in a open world with animals and bandits alike. you need to make sure you have your basic needs to survive or you will die early on in the game.

the game is made by ColdGames they are a new game developer and this is their first game

some of the features are a in depth crafting and building system animal and human AI and many guns
the first thing you should do is make a survival plan (build a shelter, collect food and water,get warmth)

Friday Post November 4th

this week I have been doing photoshop making a scary alien hand for Halloween. I also made a pumpkin patch that animated into Jack o Lanterns image down below for the hand it had eyes on it and i put the gradient overlay on radical mode. i then put a galaxy on the hand which i did some controls to get it.

This week  I started coding on khan academy i made a basic and waving snowman as well as the sunny snowman..I  learned some codes for example the code for circle is ellipse(x,y,w,h); Another example of a command is  to get a rectangle you do rect( x,y,w,h).  My first impression of coding was that it was going to be very hard but now it is actually very simple.

This week I completed fixing up my blogs look and design. I  also finished my first and second posts. currently i am working on my pivot animations. I had to reset my first pivot animation  because i forgot to add a scoreboard. This week i learned how to animate stick figures and how to setup a blog correctly. My opinion on Pivot Animator is that it is a fun program to play around with
